Great stay at brand new hotel
Great stay for two nights. The hotel was still in its soft opening so they were working out a few things but that didn’t bother us. The room was very nice and comfortable. Turndown service was great. We had awesome drinks made for us at Apero and ended up eating our dinner from Sophia’s there which was brought promptly to us. Everyone was friendly and the service was exceptional. Ordered room service one night which came quickly and was tasty. Very nice shuttle bus to take you to the parks transportation centers. Overall exceptional stay.- 5.0

Amazing staff and great property
I mean for a little gem in Florida. Yes. My family and I we had a great time. The property just opened so they have some work to do finish (on the construction side). The property is clean. The scene or decor very calm. The pool is heated and the lagoon with the kayaking and paddle boarding well the family will enjoy it all. The food was amazing especially in Papaya’s. The only thing we were a little disappointed about is the weather being cold we were not able to enjoy the activities such as kayaking until the day of check out which left us with 30 mins to pack it in. The rooms are amazing, our view was the best ( I think ). I wish to go back and fully enjoy the property especially the kayaking, and paddle boarding my kids are looking forward to that. And let’s not forget the amazing staff. Professional, Polite from bellman to the pool attendant. Great job !- 5.0

Lovely
Beautiful new hotel with comfortable and welcoming accommodations. The staff was beyond incredible and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Our travel party consisted of my husband and I, with our two kids (7&9).- 5.0
